Since starting with Dennis back in 1990, Phil’s become part of management’s new generation - rapidly rising from trainee broker to shareholder and director in 2001. And with succession planning and the future of the business in mind, he’s poised to be the firm’s next managing director.
Phil says brokers have the duty to analyse a business and secure correct and adequate coverage. “Our role is to understand your business, identify the risks, find the best available cover through a range of insurers, assist you in understanding options and represent your interests in any negotiation with insurers.
